Dentures are a sound cosmetic dentistry option for many people, especially for older patients and patients with extensive or irreparable tooth damage or decay.  One of their most appealing features is their longevity.  There are two types of dentures – complete and partial.  Each denture is created specifically for each individual patient.  Dentures are made out of acrylic resin sometimes including porcelain or metal.  Since they are constructed of such strong materials, dentures can last a very long time if taken care of correctly.
